Atypical apartments in Paris

Waiting for a good translation. So, sorry for this very bad language...
The last three years have been for me and partly occupied photographing Parisian apartments on behalf of rental sites, for some located in Spain. A pleasant work, because of the fast side and the pictures are done with "stable hand", is between indoor photography and reporting. If some of these apartments are consistent with the style of design of today, most are extremely diverse; in their design and decoration, in their volume, their sizes, some are small and other overly spacious. There are sometimes a bit spartan, unlike other present an accumulation of objects of any kind, sometimes of salvaged objects. Equipped with few means and lots of trick, or luxurious, most are in old buildings in the capital. Under the roof, on one or two levels, sometimes more, others occupy former handicraft premises, and others still floating over the water on rehabilitated barges ... All are the result of the imagination of their owners and the expression of their tastes and personalities. Almost all of the pictures shown here were made for the site WayToStay - Paris (www.waytostay.com/Paris-appartements-fr)

In a pocket handkerchief. Fifteen square feet, but more than three feet below the ceiling. With trick and taste ... In the fifth district and around the cathedral of Notre Dame.

A curious triplex in the fourteenth district of Paris, near Denfert-Rochereau: ground floor first floor and vaulted basement ...

Located in the heart of old Paris on the Ile Saint Louis, the old kitchen of a 17th century mansion built on stilts was then transformed into an artist's workshop, that of the sculptor Louis Bancel (1926-1978). The monument to Buchenwald deportees erected in 1964 at the Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris was made in this workshop.
It is now a beautiful and huge housing studio.

In 2005, John, a young songwriter, acquires and renovates this premise. But before and during ten years, he had conducted a proper investigation of the family before returning to the heirs who were unaware about the owners of this former tin workshop unoccupied since 1980.

Near the bridge of Austerlitz. Not easy to live on a barge; cost, arrangement and maintenance, finding the location ... But so nice!

Easier to live in a shop ... Apartment located in a former warehouse of the second district.
« Grand Beau et Rock ». In the eleventh district ...
Living in a loft is one thing that became classic today. But this will remain one of the nicest things. Volumetries always unusual, space and height. Here, a bay window on two levels gives a third dimension; down the stairs of the mezzanine, we perceive the first level, but also and located four floors below: "City Joly" ...
Live in Paris without vis-à-vis; is possible in the towers of the « Front de Seine » ; like this small studio with simplified design, and witch has all Paris at its feet.

Simple, bright and nice. This housing is compressed into a relatively small volume and spanning three floors of a building located close to the Bastille. Micro kitchen and micro dining room, living room with wide-open space ...

At the last two levels as well, attic also but ... Unpacked!
In a street with nice French name; Rue du Beaujolais. And close to the Palais Royal ...
